When given the opportunity to articulate what's important in my work, what provides the greatest joy, I think it's the satisfaction of developing places which boost the success of others. Having a hand in building the first R&D center for NIKE got me hooked on energetic and dynamic enterprises. Working together with family businesses and multi-national corporations, Freehold is committed to developing and managing places which raise the bar.

Beyond the people who come to occupy the places we create, our trusted relationships include the partners, lenders, designers, engineers, brokers, consultants, and contractors who are all significant contributors to our success and by extension, that of our tenants and community.

We are at a nexus where industry and technology are morphing into services requiring new places, new investment, adaptation. The path forward is to rebuild and build new in the likeness of our future. Places worth spending a day or a career.
